CELESTIAL BLUE

Statement to our friends and customers:

As you are by now well aware, Celestial Blue is no longer in business on Waugoo Ave. You may have noticed the political campaign signs that are now displayed in the window of our old location. Please note that these campaign signs are not part of the Celestial Blue brand or image, nor do they represent the political ideologies or opinions of Celestial Blue or its owners. Although the "Celestial Blue" sign is still there, any further action taken at the 25 Waugoo Avenue location is undertaken by the property owner and is not a reflection of Celestial Blue's business practices.

Those of you who are concerned with the health of the downtown business community need look no further than business owners, property owners, and landlords who engage in business practices that are detrimental to the local economy. Overinflated rents, hostile business environments, dishonest practices, and continual reneging on agreements are all things that can drive businesses out of a community. Whether or not this is what is happening in downtown Oshkosh is for you to decide. Of course, it would be much better to focus on creating a thriving local economy that is driven by the efforts of local participants who care about their community and their fellow beings. That is the reality that you as a concerned citizen must help manifest in Oshkosh.

As for Celestial Blue, we will soon be opening a web store, and next year we plan to have a storefront location in Neenah, WI.  We will be sure to notify those of you who are on our mailing list when these changes take place.

Until then, think positive thoughts and spread peace wherever you go. We will do the same.
May peace and love be yours every day as you venture out into the world.

Namaste.

NAMASTE

I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells.

I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light, and of peace.

When you are in that place in you,

and I am in that place in me,

we are one.

“Much of your pain is self chosen; And could you keep your heart in wonder at the daily miracles of your life, your pain would not seem less wondrous than your joy.”
